BIM-Data
Today, Building Information Modelling is on everyone's lips. Planning with BIM, the intelligent 3-D model, is encountered in more and more areas of daily working life. The BIM model not only offers geometry and material data like the traditional planning, but also information on quality, load-bearing capacities, sound and fire protection, scheduling and environmental protection. The resulting higher quality of the planning places high demands on the building suppliers, who have to fulfil the aforementioned criteria with their products as part of their contract and consequently have to feed the data back into the BIM model. The installer must exchange the neutral components in the BIM model for the products actually used in reality as part of the plant and installation planning and the revision planning.
